NT Tool SPN2-NT Presetter Base with Height Gage Stand and BT35 Holder Support

  
Part of NT Tool's Simple Setter line of manual tool presetters, this heavy duty fixture is built to last. Ideal for shops who use off machine tool length setting to enhance productivity and minimize down time or for operators with multi head machines who run the heads simultaneously.

This fixture allows the user to set their height gage to a predetermined length and manually bring the tool into contact with the gage. The top surface of the plate is ground, the bottom has two milled sections with counter bored holes to attach the fixture to a table.

The gage stand will fit a Mitutoyo 192-130, 192-613-10 or similar. It has ground surfaces on the top and bottom and attaches to the plate via a collar with ground bottom and interior surfaces and a ground shaft. This allows the gage stand to rotate while still maintaining firm contact with the top plate. I do have the original Mitutoyo 192-130 height gage that this fixture came with, message me if you are interested in purchasing that as well. The BT35 holder support features ground surfaces on the top, bottom and taper.

It attaches to the plate with three screws. The exact configuration (NT Tool's part number) for this stand is SPN2-NT35+PS-H4. Notes on Condition: The ground surfaces are in very good condition, there are some minor dings and corrosion visible in the photos. If you need additional photos, feel free to ask.
