Very good condition of bearings and plating. Wear on tire in center. Nothing tells what material the tire is. A hard black material (not metal) that barely gives with the fingernail test. Thus I can't make a claim as to exact capacity 3 Buicks? Substantial nonetheless based on frame and bearings.
